1. Nature of the service

Trovare is a 100% digital service. No physical goods are delivered or shipped. The atelier offers an online means of searching for furniture from Dutch and European retailers and bringing it together on a single workbench.

2. Access to the service

The service is available immediately after creating an account at app.trovare-atelier.nl. Access is through a web browser, on both desktop and mobile devices.

3. Supported browsers and devices

The Trovare atelier works on the following browsers (last two versions):

4. Availability of the service

Trovare aims for 99% availability. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. The service may be temporarily interrupted for updates and improvements.

5. Products displayed

The products that appear in the search results are offered by external retailers. Trovare does not manage stock, shipping or delivery of physical products. For questions about the delivery of a specific product, contact the relevant retailer directly.

6. Account and access

Creating an account is free and, during the open beta, gives immediate access to all of the atelier's features. No payment is required to get started with Trovare.
