Welcome to Trovare. By accessing and using our atelier, you agree to these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any of these terms, we ask that you do not use the atelier.

1. Description of the service

Trovare is a furniture search aggregation atelier that lets users discover products from more than 40 Dutch and European furniture retailers through a single interface. Trovare is not a webshop and does not sell products. The atelier offers solely a means of searching, comparing and arranging products found on retailers' websites.

Prices, availability and product specifications are drawn from the websites of partner retailers and may be changed by Trovare without prior notice.

2. Account registration

To use the full functionality of the atelier, you must create an account. On registering, you undertake to:

The Trovare atelier, including its design, logo, interface, source code and original content, is the property of NETBEARS TEAM SRL and is protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

Product images, descriptions and information displayed in the atelier belong to the respective retailers and are used for the purpose of search aggregation.

The moodboards generated through the atelier may be used by users in their interior design projects.

Trovare acts solely as a search aggregator and is not responsible for:

6. Links to third-party sites

Trovare contains links to furniture retailers' websites. These websites are operated independently and have their own privacy policies and terms of use. Trovare has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the content or practices of these external sites.

When you follow a link to a retailer, you leave the Trovare atelier and your interaction with that site is governed by the terms of the respective retailer.

7. Changes to the service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Trovare service at any time, with or without prior notice. We are not liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the service.

8. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through a notice in the atelier. Continued use of the atelier after the changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Romanian law, without prejudice to the mandatory provisions of Dutch consumer law that protect the consumer in any event (Rome I, art. 6(2)). Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of the Trovare atelier may be submitted to the competent court in Romania or, for consumers, to the competent court of the consumer's place of residence in the Netherlands. For cross-border consumer disputes, you may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

In accordance with Dutch law, consumers may direct complaints to the Netherlands Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM):

11. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Dutch distance-selling law (Dutch Civil Code, art. 6:230o et seq., which implements Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days of concluding the agreement (the moment of account registration), without giving any reason.

Trovare is a digital service whose content is supplied immediately after the account is created. By creating an account and using the atelier, you acknowledge and agree that the supply of the digital content begins immediately, which may limit the right of withdrawal (see Dutch Civil Code, art. 6:230p(d)).

During the free period: users may delete their account at any time via their profile settings, which constitutes an effective withdrawal from the agreement.

When paid subscriptions are introduced: to exercise your right of withdrawal, send an email to contact@trovare-atelier.nl within 14 calendar days of activating the subscription, with the subject line "Withdrawal". Refunds in connection with the withdrawal are processed within 14 days and credited to the original payment method.
