1. Description of the service

Trovare is a digital SaaS atelier for interior designers, bringing the furniture search from more than 40 Dutch and European retailers together in a single interface. Trovare is not a webshop. The atelier does not sell, deliver or ship physical products.

2. Free plan

Trovare is currently available free of charge during the open beta. No payments are collected from users, so no refunds apply during this period.

3. Paid subscriptions (future)

When paid subscriptions are introduced, the following rules will apply:

4. Right of withdrawal (Dutch Civil Code, art. 6:230o et seq.)

In accordance with Dutch distance-selling law (Dutch Civil Code, art. 6:230o et seq., which implements EU Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers have a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days. For the full conditions for exercising this right, see the Right of withdrawal section in the atelier's Terms & Conditions.

Please note: because Trovare is a digital service available immediately after the account is created, the right of withdrawal may be limited under art. 6:230p(d) of the Dutch Civil Code, provided that you expressly agree to this at registration.

5. Purchases from external retailers

Trovare provides only search results and links to furniture retailers' websites. Any purchase you make on those retailers' websites (IKEA, JYSK, Westwing, Beliani, vidaXL, etc.) is governed by the returns and refunds policy of the relevant retailer.

Trovare accepts no responsibility for transactions carried out on third-party websites, including returns, refunds, deliveries or product quality.

6. How to request a refund

To request a refund, send an email to contact@trovare-atelier.nl with the subject line "Refund request". Please include:
